Football ... then and now.

Seb joined the NFC football club a while back, which I wrote about here, here and here.

Have a look at these two photos and see how the guys have grown in the last year. Amazing! They have shot up like weeds (although apparently I'm not allowed to say that because it's rude to call one's children 'weeds' according to the children themselves). They seem so much more self-confident too. Not the little boys they were last year.

If you're English speaking and looking for a English speaking football club for your kids the NFC has quite a few English teams You need to go to the NFC webpage, click through to Zaterdag Jeugd and then look at the list of trainers on the side. The English teams are marked with a 'Brit' prefix.

The Jeugd Coordinator (Youth Coordinator), Mary Terbrack is also English. So if you are in Amsterdam or Amstelveen and looking for an English speaking team, NFC is the place to be.

Wow, the kids are HUGE compared to the earlier photo! Have they really grown so much in such a short time???

How are you managing to blog when you're at home with sick kids??

Ash: Yes, they did grow enormously, weeds I tell you! And about blogging with sick kids - multitasking and living in a very small apartment tend to make everything possible :0
