Hyponatremia or is that hypochondria?

It's too hot to think. The school schedule has been changed so that the kids finish at lunch time every day for the rest of the week. We're expected to reach a scorching 36C tomorrow! That's 96.8F and about 18C higher than our usual maximum temperature. On Friday it's the end of the school term. Tomorrow Joe has his birthday party at school, so I'll be making party favours all day today.
Yesterday I finished these two cute aprons for my swap family on the Recipe exchange. I hope they like them!

Hope you feel better soon hon, I know what its like to have low sodium levels. Its a pain in the posterior at the best of times, but I normally know when I have not had enough salt. I must be the only person that salts her food after it is cooked in salt water..
Your aprons are really pretty :)
*Hugs*
Let's hope a bit of extra salt will solve the problem! Would sea air help, do you think? ;o) If you get the chance to go to Hooksiel (or thereabouts) in October, you should. It's even more beautiful there when the weather's a bit rough!

Ash,
This a blessing in disguise--permission to wash a giant bag of potato chips down with an ice cold coca-cola. Remember as you refuse to share your chips with others to nod solemnly and say, "Sorry, doctor's orders. I MUST eat more than one."
Hope you feel better soon. As usual, you have more energy on a bad day than I have on a good one. Your aprons are beautiful. I want to be YOU when I grow up. : )
