Wednesday: Lasagne and fresh vegetables
Thursday: Sweet and sour chicken and rice
Friday: Seb's party in the afternoon so we'll just have a light supper (something like scrambled eggs)
Saturday: another party so ditto above
Sunday: Creamy mustard pork with rice (from Good Food magazine Feb 2005)
Monday: Ricotta and rocket pasta pockets (from Good Food magazine Feb 2005)
Tuesday: Home made pizza

Oh YUM that ricotta and rocket pasta pockets calls to me!!! I love ricotta. I'll have to hope Good Food has a website for the recipe if not I'm emailin' ya!
