Periwinkle Promises Sampler Accent Kit HD

Last night I put the final stitches in this little cushion. Its from the Periwinkle Promises Accents range and I really enjoyed stitching it. The kits come with everything necessary to finish the item into a little pillow as shown and is kitted with Au Ver a Soie silks! I enjoyed stithcing this one which is from Accent Series 1 - A Month of Stitches and this is #8 of 13, August.
Stitches used included: ordinary cross , elongated cross , long armed cross, Holbein, double back, upright cross, smyrna, mosaic stitch and backstitch around the edges for the finishing. Most of it is stiched with one thread of silk and the edges are joined together with a whipped backstitch. I like the tassels!
