The Mouse Strikes Again!

Mr Mouse is still in the house. He didn't want to eat the bait I put on the trap (maybe he is smarter than I think he is) and likewise the muizenkorrels are undisturbed. He dug more of a hole by the balcony door and another one by the electra cupboard. Hmm.

He also woke me up at 4 am by running around the laminate floor in my bedroom with his little toenails clicking away and of course, once I was awake I couldn't go back to sleep! I could also smell Mr Mouse, as I have a very sensitive sense of smell!

The DH was unimpressed with me waking him up to tell him that the mouse was in the bedroom, and even more unimpressed when neither of us could get back to sleep.

I have armed myself further in the mouse wars and bought something called a Ronada Ongedierteverjager 220, which emits a high frequency ultrasonic sound which makes it uncomfortable for mice and rats to inhabit the same space as that in which the sound is present.

It should arrive soon, and then hopefully Mr Mouse will go and live somewhere else, hopefully before we find out he brought his wife, ten children, aunts, uncles and cousins to stay!

How do you know it's a male mouse?

Hello,

I was wondering, did this device work? I'm thinking about buying something like that for keeping the spiders out of my bedroom.

Greetings,
Ioni
