Look what I got in the post today, aren't they all fantastic???
The book and the lovely skein of variegated silk is from Karen and the acorn beeswax, lovely Whitman's tin, mother of pearl threadwinder and buttons are from Tricia who reads my blog and sent me some skirtex and these beautiful gifts for use in finishing my projects. I already have ideas for some of the buttons - they are so varied and so beautiful!
The book was a swap with Karen, I got this Barbara Trapido book called Frankie and Stankie and I sent Karen Barbara Kingsolver's Poisonwood Bible which I never finished reading. I think the Poisonwood Bible was a bit too close to home being set in Africa. I'm looking forward to reading Frankie and Stankie.
The little house pin was from Chris on the Legacy board for being the first person to receive the Sampler House Exchange. Melanie and I both got a little gift. Wow! What a wonderful post day :)
