Emie Bishop Linen Band Sampler

I saw Karen's version of the linen band sampler from Emie Bishop and absolutely had to stitch it so I traded her for the chart, bought the banding, asked Vikki to do a conversion of the fibers and I've begun!
I love how easy it is to work on the banding. I got as far as stitching the heart at the top and begun the second piece of satin stitch last night and I hope to finish Band 1 tonight. That's the heart, the satin stitching, a long legged cross stitch border around the edge of that and the cross stitch flowers around the heart.
Stitches inside the heart include the klosters, the smyrna crosses, wrapped bars and algerian eyelets.
