Today's SBQ is:
What is your most unique/interesting stitching quirk? (This could be something concerning the way you stitch, how you organize your stash, etc.)Ok, I have an odd one, I have to admit (and its a real hindrance too!) I have to vacuum and tidy the living room before I can stitch. If its not tidy I find I feel very uncomfortable stitching and I can't keep still and thus get nothing finished. I also wash my hands all the time, but I think that's pretty normal for stitchers. The vacuuming thing is a hindrance - I could be stitching now, but there are kids toys all over the living room floor, not to mention crumbs, and bits of paper and all that. Come 7 pm, I can vacuum, then I can stitch!
You can all stop laughing now (and Gary, its your fault - you introduced me to Mr Dyson ;P)
