Considering it is now entirely consumed and no longer exists :) :) I wrote it an obituary:
Delia's Lemon TartWith us from the morning of 15 May to the afternoon of 15 May.
A short life, characterised by much ooh'ing and aah'ing and exclamations of 'mmmmm' followed by lip-licking.
Scrumptious, delicious, very lemony, tart, not over-sweet. Best accompanied by a sprinkling of icing sugar and a spoonful of creme fraiche.
Loved by all, especially Sebastian.
Will be celebrated in the future and re-visited often.
