Labour is in! Yay!
Even with a reduced majority at least it shows that the world hasn't gone completely insane. And, although the move to European style politics with the possibilities of coalitions (whether strategic or permanent) is a bit dubious, at least it wouldn't be any sort of coalition with the Tories and the Lib Dems seem fairly balanced, I would say.
As a family, we could never have returned to the UK with the Tories in power, so this victory gives us a little more hope that some day, one day, we might make it back.
