Aaargh!

Aaargh! Seb has been home since Monday when he complained of a sore throat. Yesterday he could have gone to school but I kept him home just in case. This morning he woke with a serious conjunctival infection in one eye! Because he is home Joe won't go to school (much more attractive to stay home with his big brother) and I can't face taking Joe and having him scream when I leave him. Aaargh!
I organised to change my doctor so I'm supposed to collect my files today and take them to the new doctor. But the new doctor is closed today. Which means if I want to get someone to look at Seb's eye I must take him to the old doctor. The old doctor is a pain in the ass anyway and a nasty person and is bound to be more nasty since he knows I am leaving his practice!
So. What do I do? Do I take him to the new doctor tomorrow after leaving the eye to fester all day today or take him to the old one? If I take him to the new one tomorrow there is a good chance she can work out why he gets these things so often, but if I leave the eye another day he will be in a lot of discomfort ...
Aargh.
