Soap free

It sounds pretty fascinating, and confirms a lot of what I already knew. We're going to try the no-shampoo route and see how we go. I have dry skin on my hands and face and I've pretty much stopped using any soap style products on my face, but I also have dry scalp and my scalp really hurts in between washings. The dermatologist in the article suggests using conditioner to wash hair with as it also contains a detergent, but not as much detergent as shampoo. I have waist length hair which is a complete pain in the rear to wash. I'll report back after a few weeks on how it went!
