Hot Cross Buns

Holland does not have hot cross buns! They have stollen instead, which is a bread dough with marzipan in the centre. In fact they have stollen for every occasion - it just gets a 'paas' for easter or a 'kerst' for Christmas in front of it - the recipe doesn't change.
Its a terrible thing not having a hot cross bun when you want one so last year I made some from the Good Food mag. They were a bit heavy. This year I'm trying these two recipes:
Waitrose Hot Cross Buns
and
Weight Watchers Hot Cross Buns
The pic of the weight watchers ones looks right (as to what we're used to in a hot cross bun) but the taste will be the telling point. I'll make some today and see how they turn out!
