Stitching Goals for February

On the Legacy Board every month we make a note of goals and accomplishments.

This is what I had down for January:

  • Work on my model - must be complete by 15 January 2005. It wasn't complete by Jan 15, but it should be complete within a couple of days. I have one piece left to stitch! I had a mixup with one piece where I did a large piece of over one stitching in the wrong colour and I couldn't unpick it so I had to start over. Altogether I have now done 11 out of 12 pieces!
  • Catch up with Hillside Samplings SCN. I didn't do any of this.
  • Stitch a few ornaments after that. Stitched one ornament,Full Circle Designs Best Gifts. Finish Mini-G. Didn't pick it up.
  • I tried to concentrate on my model this month but I did stitch a little Pine Mountain Pillow - Boo Crew as part of the Legacy 'stitch your stash' program and I stitched the cording onto my Lizzie*Kate Betty Broomstick.
  • I also stitched some of Debba's Pomegranate Pillow (also for the 'stitch your stash' program from Legacy). Its a nice easy stitch for when I needed some relief from my model and I am looking forward to doing the beading.
  • I zigzagged the edges of a whole load of fabric for different projects and tidied up a bit. I ordered Organised Expressions so when that arrives I can keep track of my threads and fabric a bit more easily.
For February its not terribly exciting I'm afraid:

Main Goals:

  • Stitch Part 2 of my model which is another four pieces repeated again.
  • Start on Chatelaine Sampler Mystery (also a model)
  • Start Aion Designs Heart Sampler - for a SAL on Aion. Did this today 02/02/2005
  • Stitch piece for Aion Seasonal Cushion Exchange.
Only if above are complete:
  • Stitch one ornament.
  • Catch up with Hillside Samplings Stitching Chair Necessaire.
  • Finish Chatelaine Mini-G. Start Chatelaine Mini-H.
  • Start Bunnies in the Garden by Ellen Chester of With My Needle in order to be able to finish it with the rest of the group on Legacy.
