First Acupuncture Session and Stitching Update

My first acupuncture session was today! It was great! No pain at all, and the tiniest needles you have ever seen. Those pics of oriental folks with 2 inch needles sticking out their ears is just not how its done anymore. They are attached to a tiny plaster and there are six of them and they stay in permanently. I have a diet to stick to and the acupunture is supposed to help me work out the blood sugar lows and also to get more rest.
Other big change here is that I've decided to wean Joe. I can't get any sleep as he is waking all the time to breastfeed and I don't think he gets enough sleep either. So Brad will be sleeping with him until he is weaned and then we'll put him in his own bed.
Crocus Vakantie here so kids are free this week. I have arranged to go to Ikea on Wednesday with my friend Natasja so we can share the transport costs for the goods. Plan to get some shelves for our cupboard and shelves for downstairs in the storage area as well as some adjustable curtain rails and fixings.
General Stitching
I have finished the stitching and foundation row of beading on Debba's Pomegranate Pin Pillow. I might try finish the beaded lace today.
Finished and posted my Aion seasonal exchange on Friday.
Started working this sampler from Diane Jourdan of Sampler Cove. My colour choices are 32 ct Permin Tumbleweed with Gloriana Cranberry. 1 strand over 2. I have finished some of the border and I really like the colour choices. Its a nice easy stitch in one colour.
The Aion Heart Sampler piece is mostly complete. What we all thought were flowers on the edge turned out to be berries (Chris explained!!) My berries are not completed yet, but I will probably just do a few at a time as I work on the bands every month.
Model stitching.
Finished the central motif on the Sampler Mystery model.
Need to start part two of the other model.
